LANGUAGE SERVICES & CONSULTING

The following are the professional services I offer as a linguist to both businesses and individuals:

• Drafting and proofreading: reports, literary and non-fiction works, teaching materials, internal documentation, application to gov’t grants, etc.
• Translation (except legal): English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian, German (+ Latin/Ancient Greek)
• Auditing: language competence, drafting or reviewing style guidelines, and evaluating language-related tools.
• Research support in Theoretical Linguistics (especially research projects or tech-related companies): linguistic analysis frameworks for syntax, semantics or lexicology (e.g., for Computational Linguistics); support for historiographical research, etc.
• PR and communication support, branding, etc.

Throughout the years I’ve had the pleasure of working in projects within many diverse industries, e.g., publishing houses, R+D projects, educational projects, among others. In addition to my work for companies and institutions, I’ve also worked for individuals assisting in the development of manuscripts, including artistic works. My mission is to always seek out the best way of expressing what the authors want and need, in their own voice.
